Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vozwa. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. Eligibility

Returns accepted for 7 days
Customer shall provides return shipping
No return on sale item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Note- No refund claim is entertained without unboxing video. So, please sure to make a video before opening your parcel.

3. Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Free Products

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your Bank policies.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
